Court Support for Tom Alter
🚨 COURT SUPPORT FOR DR. TOM ALTER 🚨
On June 17th, show up to the Hays County Courthouse (712 S Stagecoach Tr, San Marcos) to support Dr. Tom Alter during a public hearing.
During this hearing, the court will hear arguments on the State’s Plea to Jurisdiction, which is an attempt to delay and dismiss Tom Alter’s lawsuit before the facts of the case can be fully examined. The State is also seeking to halt the discovery process, which would prevent the release of documents and other evidence related to the case. The hearing will determine whether the lawsuit can move forward and whether the public will have access to information central to the claims being made.
Show up to pack the courtroom in solidarity! If you can’t make it to the hearing by 9:00am, please join the support demo outside the courthouse as we wait to hear the ruling!
