All TSEU members, family and friends are invited to join us as we take a break to relax and recognize the work of union members – around Texas and around the nation!
Labor Day is a chance to take stock of our accomplishments and to have some fun before returning to the challenges that lay ahead. Our Dallas, Houston and Austin events are potluck for food and drinks – we will have some food on hand but if possible, bring a main dish, a side dish, drinks or dessert, but plan on attending no matter what! Area legislators have also been invited to our events. Your RSVP is not required, but if you want to let us know you’ll be attending and what you are bringing for the potluck, call contact the office listed.

The Labor Day celebration commemorating farmworkers and labor begins with a Mass at San Fernando Cathedral at 10:00am (optional). TSEU members will have limited reserved seating. We will meet and march from San Fernando Catherdral to Milam Park. Look for the TSEU banner, wear comfortable shoes and a TSEU t-shirt! Contact the San Antonio office for details.
